Samir Foundation is a UK-registered humanitarian organisation founded in 2024 to strengthen Palestine’s healthcare system amid ongoing crisis.
Established by Dr. Izzeddin Lulu in memory of his father Samir Lulu, the Foundation supports humanitarian response, medical education, and healthcare workforce development in Gaza through a growing global network.

Why does Palestine need your support?
Despite the ceasefire, Gaza is still living through the consequences of destruction. Hospitals remain damaged, universities are barely operating, and medical resources are critically scarce. What was once fragile is now on the edge of collapse.
Without urgent support, medical students may be forced to leave their education behind, and an already overwhelmed healthcare system could lose the very doctors it desperately needs. The cost of inaction will not be measured in buildings — but in lives that could have been saved.
