In collaboration with the Samir Foundation, Dr. Hani Al-Qadi and Dr. Osama Hamed from the Jordanian delegation were hosted in northern Gaza to deliver the fifth session of the Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS) course for medical students.
Valuable Training on Abdominal and Pelvic Trauma
The lecture was highly valuable, focusing on the critical topic of abdominal and pelvic trauma. These injuries, which affect vital organs in these areas, can result from blunt or penetrating trauma. Proper and timely assessment and management are crucial to prevent life-threatening complications.
Recognizing Dedication and Effort
At the end of the session, the doctors were honored by Ezz Lulu, President of the Samir Foundation, who expressed deep gratitude for their tremendous efforts and for leaving their homeland to support their colleagues and the people of Gaza.
Supporting Medical Education in Gaza
The Samir Foundation remains committed to enhancing medical education in Gaza through such collaborative initiatives. These training sessions are part of our ongoing efforts to equip medical students with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their future careers.
